MANUFACTURE OF FLEXIBLE HOSE ASSEMBLIES
Our flexible connection hoses are manufactured using non-toxic EPDM rubber, PVC or PTFE tubing, braiding by cotton, nylon, galvanized or stainless steel. Fitted with specified end fittings, the hoses provide a leak free pressure resistant connection for liquids or gases to different appliances.

PRODUCTION
The production of our flexible hose is realized in the following way:
- Based on our formula, the rubber mixture (raw material) is prepared by our suppliers, according to the specific
application of the hose (water, hydro, carbon).
- The required diameter of hose is obtained by extrusion and continuous vulcanization, then coiled in standard lengths.
Additional rubber covering and vulcanization in autoclave may be carried out according to future applications of hose. (Textile covered hose is vulcanized after braiding).
- The braiding in different materials like cotton, nylon, galvanized or stainless steel gives ability to resist the specified pressures. Hydrogomma braided hoses are prepared in standard coil lengths ready for customers assembly.
- In order to assemble the hoses with fittings, cutting will be effected according to the requested lengths.
- Assembling will be done by hand or automatic machines. Fittings are available in galvanized steel brass and nickel plated brass - stamped or machined - also in nylon.

ADVANTAGES
No brazing on site is needed, with a considerable gain of time (not to be underestimated). Connection can be postponed to the last minute. Eliminates the problems caused by extension of pipes due to heat. Eliminates noises caused by circulation pumps. Easy installation with a reduction of costs from 20% up to 50% in relation to rigid piping, especially when these are difficult to align. |
